I came to know Brother Jack at Citygate Ilford. He was a good adviser and a spiritual father to me. May his soul rest in perfect peace, and may perpetual light continue to shine upon him. My deepest condolences to his entire family, especially his wife, Caroline.

I first met Jack in 1986. And lastly at my daughter’s wedding in London, 2021. I learnt with great sorrow of the demise of Jack. He was a very good, kind and polite, soft spoken, down to earth person and very religious. May God receive his soul. Nind gi kwe Jack, and like you always said, Nyasaye kende! Poleni sana.....

Mr Omolo was my form tutor at Battersea Park School from years 8 to 11, and honestly he was the best form tutor I ever had. He was such a kind and patient man and someone who was super easy to talk to. Mr Omolo was truly someone who had a positive impact on me and I’m saddened to hear that he’s gone. My condolences to his loved ones and all who knew him. I’m going to miss you Mr Omolo
